Designs that look like no one else.
Start with a logo and brand kit made for your business, then ask for posters, posts, menus and print in that style whenever you need them. Every design arrives as a preview with your real names and prices.
Everything your brand needs to show up.
A main logo with versions for light and dark backgrounds, sized for everything from a shop sign to a small profile picture.
A main colour, an accent and neutrals, a heading font and a text font, and a photo style. Every later design is built from this kit, so your posts and your website match.
Posters for sales, new arrivals, events and announcements, laid out so the price and the date are the first things people read.
Square and portrait posts for feeds and tall versions for stories and WhatsApp status, all made from a single request.
Menus, flyers, price lists, business cards and letterheads, delivered as files a print shop can use without changes.
Before your brand kit is final, it is compared with businesses of the same type near you, so you never end up looking like the shop down the road.
Ask for designs in plain words.
Describe the design in your own words; mention the offer, the size or the mood. Every version comes back for your approval.
How each design comes together.
- 1Describe what you need
Say the occasion, the offer and the details that must appear, or send a photo of a style you like.
- 2Get it in your style
The design uses your brand kit, your real prices and your contact details.
- 3Adjust in a few words
Ask for a bolder headline or a calmer background and a new version appears.
- 4Download, post or print
Approve to publish to your connected accounts, or download the files you need.
Getting design work done three ways.
| Task | Doing it yourself | Hiring someone | With ADigitalMotive |
|---|---|---|---|
| A logo | Free tools, generic icons | Rounds with a designer | Drawn from your answers |
| A weekly poster | An evening on a template | A new brief each time | One message, in your style |
| One look everywhere | Hard to keep consistent | Depends on one person | Brand kit applied to all |
| Print files | Guess sizes and margins | Usually included | Print-ready PDFs |
| Post and story sizes | Resize each by hand | Extra request per size | Made together |
Made right for screen and print.
Sizes for each place
Feed posts come square (1:1) or portrait (4:5), and stories and status updates come in the tall 9:16 format. Text is kept clear of the edges that apps crop or cover with buttons.
Files a printer accepts
Print designs are delivered as PDF files at print resolution, with a bleed margin around the edges so nothing important is trimmed off. Screen versions come as PNG or JPG files for sharing.
Checked before you see it
Each design is checked for contrast between text and background and for spelling. Prices and dates are matched against your saved details before the preview reaches you.
Your brand kit stays in charge
Changing a colour or font in the kit updates the designs made after it. Designs already published keep their look until you ask for a refresh, so nothing shifts without your say.

Graphic design: common questions
Can I use my designs outside ADigitalMotive?
Yes. Download posters, posts and print files and use them anywhere: on your social accounts, in a shop window or with a local printer. Your logo and brand kit are made for your business, and our terms explain exactly how the underlying fonts, illustrations and design elements are licensed for the materials you export.
How do you make sure my design is unique?
Before a brand kit is finalised, its colours, fonts and logo shapes are compared with businesses of the same type in your area. If the look is too close to one already in use, a different direction is drawn. Designers on our team review work that needs judgement, such as a logo that has to read well on a sign.
What print files will I get?
Business cards, flyers, menus and letterheads come as PDF files sized for the format you chose, at print resolution and with bleed, which is the extra margin a printer trims off. Most print shops can use them as they are. If your printer asks for something different, tell ADM Assistant and the file is prepared to match.
Can I use my own photos in designs?
Yes, and real photos of your products, food or work show customers exactly what they will get. Send them on WhatsApp or upload them in the app. They are cropped and adjusted to fit each size, and you choose which photos appear. If you have none yet, designs use illustration and layout rather than stock photos of other businesses.
Can I change my logo later?
Yes. Ask for a simpler version, different colours or a fresh direction whenever you like, and you will get new options to compare. Once you approve a new logo, future designs and your website use it. Posters and posts already published stay as they are, and earlier versions of your logo remain available in History.
