About done-for-you work
Do I need a plan to buy a service?
Most services are delivered into a ADigitalMotive account, so you will need one; the website move can be quoted before you subscribe. We will tell you in the quote if a plan is needed.
How are services paid for?
Each service has a fixed quote that you approve first. It is billed separately from your monthly plan, through the same secure billing as your subscription.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Every quote includes rounds of changes, and nothing goes live until you approve it. If we cannot deliver what the quote promised, we will make it right as our billing policy explains.
Can you guarantee my Google profile will be restored?
No one can, because suspensions and reinstatements are decided by Google. We help you follow Google's process correctly and fix what is in your control.
Will the expert work in my account?
Yes, with access you can see and remove. Their changes appear in History like any other, so you always know what was done.
