AI Notice
- The ADM Assistant is an AI system, not a person. We always say so.
- It prepares work; you approve it. Nothing goes live without your say, unless you switch on auto-publishing.
- AI can make mistakes. Please check names, prices, dates and claims before approving.
- Our expert team reviews some work and steps in when a person is needed.
- Your private business data is not used to train other companies' AI models.
1. What the ADM Assistant is
The ADM Assistant is the artificial intelligence that runs inside ADigitalMotive. It understands messages and voice notes in many languages, plans tasks, writes text, composes designs, suggests marketing and prepares replies. It is software, not a human. It may have a friendly name, avatar or voice, but it is never presented as a person, and you can always ask to speak with our team.
2. What it does and does not do
The Assistant prepares websites, designs, posts, offers, messages, invoices and reports from what you tell it and from your business profile. It recommends actions such as a post for a festival or a reply to a review.
It does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you or your customers. It does not give medical, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and does not replace a qualified professional. It does not hold or move money.
3. Human oversight
Everything the Assistant prepares is shown to you as a preview first. You approve, edit or reject it. You can switch on automatic publishing for specific routine tasks and switch it off at any time. Our quality checks look for common problems (such as prices that do not match your catalogue, low colour contrast, or risky claims in regulated professions) before work reaches you. Our expert team reviews samples of work, especially early in your account, and handles requests that need judgement.
4. Accuracy and limitations
AI systems can produce text or images that are wrong, out of date, biased or not suited to your audience. Translations may miss local nuance. Generated images are illustrations and should not be presented as photographs of real products, people or places when that would mislead. Please review names, prices, opening hours, dates, addresses, contact details and any factual or legal claims before approving.
5. Models and providers
We use a combination of our own systems and AI models provided by third parties for language understanding, speech-to-text, text generation and image work. We choose models for each task based on quality, safety and cost, and may change them over time without notice, as long as the protections in this notice continue to apply. Providers process data on our behalf under contracts that forbid training their general models on your data.
6. How your data is used for AI
To complete a task, we send the provider the parts of your request and business profile that the task needs. We keep prompts and outputs with your account so you can see your history and undo changes. We may analyse de-identified, aggregated information about how tasks perform (for example which layouts are approved more often) to improve our templates and checks. We do not sell your data or let third parties use it to train their models. You can delete requests and generated content from your history at any time, subject to backup cycles described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Transparency to your customers
When your business uses AI features that talk directly to your customers, such as automatic replies, the Service labels those messages as automated where the law or the channel requires it. You must not tell your customers they are speaking to a person when they are speaking to the Assistant.
8. Feedback and concerns
If something the Assistant produced was harmful, offensive or plainly wrong, use the "Report" option on the item or write to support@adigitalmotive.com. We review reports and use them to improve our safeguards.
