How it works

You talk. We build. You approve.

Ask for anything your business needs online, in the way you normally speak. ADM Assistant plans it, our system makes it, and nothing reaches your customers until you say yes.

Step 1

Say what you need, your way.

Type a message or hold the microphone and speak. Mix languages if that is how you talk. Use WhatsApp, the web app or the phone app; they all share one history.

  • "Make a poster for our Friday deal"
  • "Change Sunday hours to 12 to 6"
  • "Reply to the new review on Google"
Step 2

ADM Assistant plans it with you.

It repeats back what it understood and what it will make. If something important is missing, such as a price or a date, it asks one short question instead of guessing.

Always honestADM Assistant is AI and says so. When a request needs a person, our team takes over.
Step 3

See it finished before anyone else.

You get a real preview: the post as it will look, the page as customers will see it on a phone. Ask for changes in plain words, such as "warmer colours" or "bigger price", as many times as you like.

Step 4

Approve, and it goes live.

One tap publishes it to the places you chose. Every change is saved in History, so you can undo a website or design change at any time.

Messages already delivered and posts already on other networks cannot be pulled back by undo, but you can delete posts from the networks you connected.

Behind the scenes

What happens between your message and the preview.

Three layers work on every request. You only see the result.

01Your business memory

Your brand kit, prices, hours, products and past approvals are kept together, so every new design and page matches what came before.

02AI that drafts and checks

The AI writes, designs and lays out the work, then checks it: spelling, readable contrast, the phone layout, and that prices and dates match your details.

03People who step in

Designers and developers review work that needs judgement and handle anything technical, such as connecting your web address or fixing an existing site.

No look-alikes. Before a new brand or website goes live, we compare it with businesses of the same type nearby, so yours stays your own.
Your first week

A realistic first week.

How a typical start looks when you answer the assistant's questions as they come. Some steps depend on others, such as Google's own verification.

  1. Day 1 Tell the assistant about your business Name, what you sell, where you are. Send a logo and photos if you have them.
  2. Day 1 Approve your brand kit and website preview Logo, colours and fonts first, then your site on its free address.
  3. Day 2 Start your Google profile We prepare it; Google verifies that you run the business, which can take a few days.
  4. Day 3 Approve your first posts A welcome post and something real from this week, in your brand.
  5. Day 4–5 Switch on the tools you need Bookings, orders or invoices, depending on how your customers buy.
  6. Day 7 Decide on a plan Keep everything you made by choosing a plan, or leave with no charge.

Questions

About how it works

What if the assistant misunderstands me?

You will see what it understood before it starts, and you can correct it in plain words. Nothing goes live without your approval, so a misunderstanding costs you a quick reply, not a mistake in public.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. Web addresses, page layouts, image sizes and Google settings are handled for you. When a step needs your action, such as verifying with Google, the assistant guides you one step at a time.

Can I mix languages in one message?

You can write or speak in your own language and mix languages in one message. Your website and posts can be in the language your customers read.

How fast will I see a preview?

Simple requests such as a post or a text change usually come back quickly. Larger work, such as a full website or a brand kit, takes longer, and work that needs a person can take more time.

Can I work from my laptop and my phone?

Yes. WhatsApp, the web app and the phone apps all share one account and one history, so you can start on one and finish on another.
