Acceptable Use Policy

1. Why this policy exists

Every business on ADigitalMotive shares the same platform, the same messaging channels and, for many, the same adigital.page address. One business misusing it can harm everyone else's deliverability, reputation and safety. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules that keep the platform trustworthy. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to you, your team, and any content you publish or send through us.

2. Prohibited businesses

You may not use the Service to promote, sell or facilitate:

• illegal goods or services anywhere you or your customers are located;
• weapons, ammunition, explosives or their parts, except where a licensed dealer is lawfully operating and we have approved the account;
• illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, and controlled substances without a valid licence;
• adult sexual services, escorting, or sexually explicit material;
• gambling, lotteries or betting, unless licensed in every market you target and approved by us in writing;
• pyramid schemes, "get rich quick" offers, unlicensed investment products, cryptocurrency schemes promising returns, or unlicensed lending;
• counterfeit or stolen goods, or products that infringe someone else's trademark or copyright;
• fake documents, academic cheating services, or hacking tools;
• products or services whose sale is restricted by our providers' policies, such as those of messaging and social platforms.

3. Prohibited content and behaviour

• Content that is false, deceptive or misleading, including fake prices, fake discounts and bait offers.
• Fake, purchased or incentivised reviews and testimonials, or reviews written about your own business by you or your staff.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that promotes violence or discrimination.
• Content that exploits or endangers children in any way.
• Personal data of others published without a lawful basis, including "doxxing".
• Malware, phishing pages, or pages imitating another business, bank or government body.
• Impersonating a person or brand, or implying an endorsement that does not exist.
• Attempting to break, overload or bypass the security, limits or uniqueness rules of the Service.
• Using the Service to collect data from other businesses or to train another AI system.

4. Messaging rules

Messages sent to customers through ADigitalMotive must follow the Messaging Policy. In short: message only people who opted in, identify your business, make it easy to stop, respect quiet hours, and never send spam, bulk messages to purchased lists, or content forbidden by the messaging provider.

5. Regulated professions

If you are a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, therapist, lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, real estate agent or another regulated professional, these extra rules apply:

• show your real name, qualifications and, where required, your registration or licence number, and keep them current;
• do not promise outcomes, cures, case wins, investment returns or guaranteed results;
• do not publish before-and-after images, testimonials or comparisons where your professional rules forbid them;
• keep advice general on your website and posts, and direct people to a consultation for personal advice;
• handle client or patient information as your professional and data protection rules require.

Content prepared for regulated professions goes through extra automated checks, and we may hold it for review. These safeguards help but do not replace your professional judgement; you remain responsible for compliance.

6. AI-generated content

Do not use the ADM Assistant to create content intended to deceive people, such as fake news, fake identities, deepfakes of real people, or claims you know are false. Do not present AI-generated images of products, results or premises as real photos where that would mislead customers.

7. Reporting and enforcement

Anyone can report content on a site we host by using the "Report abuse" link at the root of adigital.page or by writing to support@adigitalmotive.com. We review reports and may remove content, disable features, suspend a website or close an account. Where the problem is serious, illegal or repeated, we may act without warning and report it to the authorities. If you think we got it wrong, reply to our notice and we will review the decision.
