Copyright, Takedown and Report Abuse
- Anyone can report content on a site we host.
- Copyright owners can send a takedown notice with the details listed here.
- The business affected can send a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake.
- Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
1. Reporting abuse
If you see content on a website hosted by ADigitalMotive, or a message sent through our platform, that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful or breaks our Acceptable Use Policy, use the "Report abuse" link at the root of adigital.page, or write to support@adigitalmotive.com with the page address and a short description. You do not need an account. We review reports promptly and treat urgent safety issues, such as threats or content involving children, as a priority.
2. Copyright and trademark complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content hosted by us infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at support@adigitalmotive.com including:
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- the exact address of the page or file you want removed;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
For trademark complaints, include the registration details and explain how the use is likely to confuse people.
3. What happens next
When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the content and notify the business concerned, including a copy of the notice where the law allows. Incomplete notices may delay action; we will tell you what is missing.
4. Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notice to support@adigitalmotive.com with your contact details, identification of the removed content and its former address, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and your signature. We forward valid counter-notices to the complainant and may restore the content after the waiting period the law sets, unless the complainant informs us that they have started legal action.
5. Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of businesses that repeatedly infringe others' rights, in appropriate circumstances.
6. Misuse of this process
Sending false notices or counter-notices can create legal liability. Please consider whether the use may be lawful (for example fair use or fair dealing) before sending a notice.
