Partner Program Terms
- Approved partners earn a share of what referred businesses pay, for as long as stated in your partner tier.
- Referrals must be genuine: no spam, no fake accounts, no misleading promises.
- Commission is paid monthly once the minimum is reached, after a short holding period.
- Either side can end the partnership with notice.
1. Joining the program
Freelancers, agencies, consultants and other businesses may apply to the ADigitalMotive Partner Program. We review each application and may approve or decline at our discretion. Approved partners receive a partner dashboard with referral links and codes. These Partner Program Terms add to the Terms of Service.
2. Earning commission
You earn the commission rate for your partner tier on fees actually paid to us by businesses that sign up through your link or code ("Referred Customers"), for the duration stated in your tier. Current rates and durations are shown in your partner dashboard and may differ by country. Commission is calculated on amounts received after taxes, refunds, chargebacks and discounts. No commission is earned on your own account, on accounts you control, or on businesses that were already our customers.
3. Attribution
A referral is credited to you if the business signs up within 60 days of using your link or enters your code at sign-up, and no other partner's link was used more recently. Our tracking records are final, except in case of a clear error that you report within 30 days.
4. Payouts
Commission becomes payable after a holding period of 45 days, to allow for refunds. Payouts are made monthly once your balance reaches US$50, using the payout methods available in your country. You are responsible for your own taxes and for providing accurate payout and tax information.
5. How you may promote us
- Describe ADigitalMotive accurately; do not promise results, rankings, income or features we do not offer.
- Do not send spam, buy contact lists, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you.
- Do not bid on our brand names in paid search ads, or create sites or profiles that could be mistaken for ours.
- Clearly disclose your partnership when you recommend us, as advertising rules require.
- Use our logo and brand only as provided in our brand kit and guidelines.
6. Working on behalf of clients
If you manage ADigitalMotive accounts for your clients, each client must own their own account, accept our Terms and be able to remove your access. You must not hold client content or domains hostage.
7. Ending the partnership
Either party may end the partnership with 30 days' written notice. We may end it immediately for fraud or serious breach, in which case unpaid commission may be forfeited. After ending, valid earned commission is paid out under these terms.
