Marketing

Marketing planned around your week.

Tell ADM Assistant what is happening in your business and it turns that into offers, posts and customer messages, timed for the right days. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

One-message offers Posts to connected accounts Messages to customers who said yes
What you get

Marketing tasks handled for you.

01A full offer from one request

Say the deal and the dates, and get a poster, a feed post, a story version and an offer page on your website, all carrying the same terms.

02Posting to your accounts

Connect your Facebook, Instagram and Google profile once. Approved posts go out there at the time you choose, or you download them and share them yourself.

03Festival and seasonal posts

Posts for the holidays and seasons that matter where you trade are prepared ahead, so they are ready to approve before the day, not after it.

04Messages to people who said yes

Send news or an offer to customers who agreed to hear from you: free from your own phone, or automatically from your WhatsApp number for a small fee per message charged by WhatsApp. Anyone who replies STOP is taken off the list.

05Review requests after a sale

Happy customers get a short, polite request with a link to your Google profile once their order or visit is complete.

06A plan you can see

Upcoming posts and offers sit in one calendar, so you can see what goes out this week and move or cancel anything before it is published.

Just ask

Send it the way you would tell a friend.

One line about the offer or the week ahead is enough. Posts and messages are scheduled only when you say yes.

Buy two pizzas, get a drink free, this Friday and Saturday only Post the new arrivals I just sent, with prices Plan our posts for the next festival and the week before it Tell our regular customers we reopen on Monday Stop the weekend offer early, we are sold out

The details

Rules we follow so you stay trusted.

Only customers who said yes

Offers only go to customers who clearly agreed to hear from you, for example by ticking a box when they order or by replying yes. We keep a record of when and how each one agreed.

Easy to stop

Every marketing message gives a simple way to stop, such as replying STOP, and the customer is removed straight away without you doing anything. Booking reminders and order updates are service messages and are handled separately.

Connected, not shared

Social accounts are linked through each network's official sign-in, so we never ask for your passwords. You can disconnect an account at any time from your settings.

Offers that end cleanly

Each offer carries its start and end dates. When it ends, the offer page closes and discounted prices on your website switch back, so no one sees an expired deal.

Questions

Marketing: common questions

Which social networks can you post to?

Approved posts can be published to the Facebook and Instagram accounts you connect and to your Google profile. How many platforms you can connect depends on your plan, so see pricing for details. On any plan you can download each post in the right size and share it anywhere else yourself, including WhatsApp status.

Who can I send marketing messages to?

Only to customers who have agreed to receive messages from your business. They can agree when they order, book or reply to you, and their agreement is stored with their customer record. Customers who ask to stop are removed straight away. Sending offers to bought or copied lists of numbers is not allowed on the platform.

Will my posts look like everyone else's?

No. Posts are built from your own brand kit, your products and your real prices, not from a shared template with the name changed. Two businesses posting for the same festival get two different designs that suit their own style, and new brands are compared with similar businesses nearby before they go live.

Can I schedule posts in advance?

Yes. When you approve a post, choose to publish it now or at a set date and time. Festival and seasonal posts are prepared early so you can approve them in one sitting. Scheduled posts appear in your plan, where you can move, edit or cancel them right up to the moment they go out.

Do messages to my customers cost extra?

Sending from your own phone is free on every plan: ADM Assistant prepares the poster and the words, and you tap send in WhatsApp. If you switch on automatic sending, messages go out from your own WhatsApp number at the right time, and WhatsApp charges a small fee for each one. You see the total before anything is sent, and you pay it from a message wallet you top up in your local currency, or with your own card in WhatsApp. How many customers your offers list can hold depends on your plan.
