The everyday tools, in the same app.
Bookings, orders, invoices, customer records and reports sit next to your website and marketing, so a booking on your site, an order on WhatsApp and an invoice all land in one place. Switch on only what you use.
Run the day-to-day without extra apps.
Add your services, how long each takes, your working hours and breaks. Customers pick a free slot, get a confirmation and receive a reminder before the visit.
Orders from your website and WhatsApp collect in one list, where you move each one from new to packing to ready.
Create an invoice or a quote from a message, with your logo, line items and your own payment details. Customers can accept a quote from a link.
Each customer has a record of contact details, past orders, bookings and notes, built up automatically as they buy from you.
Record what a customer owes and what they pay back. Polite reminders can go out with your payment details on the dates you choose.
A monthly report covers visits, enquiries, sales and suggested next steps, while backups, the security certificate and uptime monitoring run in the background.
Run things by message too.
Ask by message the way you would ask a helper at the counter. Records update and customers hear from you only as you decide.

How payments and records are handled.
Your customers pay you
We never hold, process or take a share of your customers' payments. Invoices, bookings and orders show your own bank, wallet or cash options, and you mark each one as paid when the money arrives.
Reminders that respect people
Booking and payment reminders are written politely, carry only the details the customer needs, and go only to the customer concerned. You decide whether payment reminders are sent at all.
Private customer data
Customer records are stored privately and are visible only to you and the team members you give access to. Roles let staff handle bookings and orders without seeing billing or settings.
Backups and monitoring
Your website is backed up regularly and watched for downtime and certificate problems. Earlier versions of pages and designs can be restored from History.

Also included: common questions
Do you process payments from my customers?
No. Payments go straight from your customers to you, using the methods you already accept, such as bank transfer, a mobile wallet or cash. Invoices, bookings and order confirmations simply show those details. When a payment arrives, you mark it as paid, and your records, customer credit balances and reports update from that.
How do booking reminders work?
When a customer books, they get a confirmation message straight away and a reminder before the appointment, with the date, time, service and your address. If plans change, the customer can contact you directly, and you can move or cancel the booking in the app so the slot opens up again for someone else. You can send each reminder free from your own phone with one tap, or let them go out automatically from your WhatsApp number, where WhatsApp charges a small fee per message that you see before anything is sent.
Can I keep track of customers who pay later?
Yes. Record the amount on the customer's record when you sell on credit, and add each part payment as it comes in. You always see the balance for each customer and the total owed to you. If you switch them on, polite reminders with your payment details go out on the dates you choose.
Do I have to use all of these tools?
No. Turn on only what fits how your business works. A shop might use orders and customer credit, a salon bookings and reminders, a consultant quotes and invoices. Tools you leave off stay out of your menus, and you can switch any of them on later from your settings whenever your business needs it.
What is in the monthly report?
A short summary of the month: website visits, new enquiries, bookings and orders, sales you marked as paid, and new reviews. It ends with a few suggested next steps based on those numbers, such as a post worth repeating or a page to improve. Report detail differs by plan, so see pricing for what yours includes.
