Check what the assistant knows about your business

Review and correct the facts ADM Assistant uses when it works for you.

2 min read · Updated

ADM Assistant uses a set of facts about your business to write website text, posts, replies and invoices. These facts are stored in one place, so you can see exactly what it relies on and fix anything that is out of date.

Where to find it

Everything lives on one page, Settings → Business profile, grouped into sections such as basic details, opening hours, products and services, payment methods you accept, delivery areas, tone of voice and things to avoid saying.

Correct a detail

  1. Find the section with the wrong or missing information.
  2. Tap the item and type the correct version, or remove it if it no longer applies.
  3. Save. The assistant uses the new version from now on.

You can make the same change by message, for example "we no longer deliver on Fridays" or "our phone number changed". The assistant shows you the profile entry it plans to update and asks you to confirm before saving.

Updating work that already exists

Changing your profile does not quietly rewrite things that are already published. After a change, the assistant lists the places where the old detail appears, such as your website, Google profile or a pinned post, and offers to update them. Each update arrives as a preview for you to approve.

Good to knowThe assistant is AI. It learns from what you tell it and what you approve, but it can still misunderstand. A quick look at this page every few months keeps it accurate.

Things the assistant should not use

If there is something you never want mentioned, such as a supplier name or a past offer, add it under Things to avoid. The assistant checks this list before writing anything for you.
