Create and send an invoice or quote

Prepare a quote or invoice, send it, record payment and approve any reminders.

A quote tells a customer what a job will cost before they agree to it. An invoice asks for payment for work already agreed or delivered. Both live in Invoices, use your logo and colours, and show your business details automatically.

Make a new one

  1. Open Invoices and tap New, then choose Quote or Invoice. You can also ask the assistant, for example "quote for Mrs Ruiz, two rooms painted, materials included".
  2. Pick the customer from your records or add a new one.
  3. Add each item with a quantity and price. Items from your catalogue fill in their price for you.
  4. Set a due date for an invoice, or a valid-until date for a quote.
  5. Check the preview, then tap Send. Choose WhatsApp, email or a link you share yourself.

When a customer accepts a quote, open it and tap Turn into invoice. Nothing needs to be typed again.

When the customer pays

Customers pay you directly using the payment details printed on the invoice. Once the money is in your account or your hand, open the invoice and tap Mark as paid. Part payments can be recorded too; the invoice then shows what is still due.

Reminders for late invoices

If the due date passes and the invoice is still unpaid, the assistant prepares a friendly reminder and asks you first. You can send it as written, change the wording or skip it. No reminder ever goes out without your approval.

Good to knowInvoice numbers follow on from each other automatically, which keeps your records in order for your accountant.
TipAdd your usual payment terms once in the invoice settings, and they appear on every new invoice and quote.
