Add, remove or reorder website pages
Shape your site menu: new pages, hidden pages and a new order.
2 min read · UpdatedYour website starts with the pages most businesses of your type need. As your business grows you may want a page for a new service, a gallery or a page for frequently asked questions. You decide what appears and in what order.
Adding a new page
- Open Website → Pages and tap Add a page.
- Pick a page type, such as About, Gallery, Services, Team or a blank page.
- Give it a name. This is what visitors see in your menu, so keep it short.
- The assistant drafts the content from your business profile. Review the preview, edit anything, then approve it to publish.
You can also simply send a message, for example "add a page for our catering service with three package options", and the assistant prepares it for you.
Changing the order of the menu
In Website → Pages, drag pages up or down in the list. On a phone, hold a page for a moment until it lifts, then move it. The menu on your website follows the same order once you approve the change.
Hiding or removing a page
- Hide keeps the page saved but takes it off your menu and your live site. Use this for seasonal pages you plan to bring back.
- Remove deletes the page from your site. If other pages link to it, we point those links to your home page so visitors never land on an error.
Removed a page by mistake? Open History and undo the removal to bring it back with its content.
