Sell products from your website

Add products with prices and an order button; customers pay you.

2 min read · Updated

Your website can show a product list where customers choose items and place an order with you. It works for shops, bakeries, home kitchens, sellers on social media and anyone with things to sell.

Adding your products

  1. Open Website → Products and tap Add product.
  2. Enter the name, price and a short description. Add one or more photos.
  3. If the product comes in options, such as sizes or colours, add them with their own prices if they differ.
  4. Mark items as out of stock when needed; they stay visible but cannot be ordered.

Have many items? Send a photo of your price list or a spreadsheet to the assistant and it creates the products for you to check.

The order button

Each product shows an Order button. Customers add items, enter their name, phone number and address, and pick one of the payment methods you chose to show. They receive a confirmation with your payment details and a summary of what they asked for.

Where orders arrive

New orders appear in Orders and you get a notification on the channel you use. From there you can confirm an order, update its status and, once the customer has paid you, mark it as paid.

How payment worksCustomers pay you directly, by cash, bank transfer or another method you list. That money goes straight to you: ADigitalMotive does not touch it at any point and takes no share of your sales.

Keeping prices correct

Products live in one catalogue. When you change a price in Website → Products, it changes on your website and in new invoices too. Designs made earlier keep the old price until you ask the assistant to update them.
