Ask our team to fix something on your site

Send a fix request for a connected site and see what your Care plan covers.

Fixes on a connected site are handled by our team, not only by automatic checks. You send a request, we look at it, and you see each step until the work is done.

Send a request

  1. Open Care → Requests and tap New request, or tap Ask us to fix this next to an item in your health report.
  2. Choose the site and describe what is wrong in your own words. Mention the page address and what you expected to happen.
  3. Attach a screenshot or a short screen recording if you can; it often saves a round of questions.
  4. Send. You receive a confirmation, and the request appears with the status Received.

As the work progresses, the status changes to In progress, then Ready to check. When you are happy, mark the request as done. If not, reply in the same request and we carry on.

What your Care plan includes

Each Care plan covers a set amount of fix work and a list of task types. Your plan page in Settings → Plan and billing shows exactly what yours includes and how much of this month's allowance you have used. Typical covered tasks are:

  • updating plugins, themes or apps safely;
  • fixing broken links, layout glitches and contact forms;
  • cleaning up after a security warning;
  • small text or image changes.

Larger jobs, such as a redesign or a new feature, are outside the plan. For those, we send a separate estimate and do nothing until you accept it.

CarefulNever put a password in a request. If we need access, we ask you to grant it through the connector or the platform's own sharing settings.
