Send offers to customers who agreed to hear from you

Free from your own phone, or automatically from your WhatsApp number, always with an easy way to stop.

Messages let you tell regular customers about offers, new stock or changes to your hours. They only go to people who agreed to receive them, which keeps your business trusted and protects your number from being blocked.

How customers agree

  • A tick box on your website's order and booking forms, unticked until the customer chooses it.
  • A reply such as "yes" when you ask in a chat whether they want updates.
  • A sign-up link or QR code you share in your shop or on social media.

Each customer's choice is saved in Customers with the date and how they agreed. If you add customers by hand, you can only message them after they agree through one of these ways.

Two ways to send

  • From your own phone, free on every plan. The assistant prepares the poster and the words. Tap Send from my phone and WhatsApp opens with everything ready, and you send it like any other message.
  • Automatically, from your WhatsApp number. Messages go out at the right time to everyone in the group, each with their own name. WhatsApp charges a small fee for every message sent this way, and you see the total before anything is sent. You pay it from a message wallet you top up in your local currency, or with your own card in WhatsApp.
Setting up automatic sendingIt takes about ten minutes, once: open Settings → WhatsApp, sign in with Facebook, choose the number to send from and enter the code WhatsApp sends you. WhatsApp starts every new number with a daily limit on how many different customers it can reach, and raises it as your messages get a good response.

Sending a message

  1. Open Marketing → Messages and tap New message, or ask the assistant.
  2. Choose who receives it: everyone who agreed, or a group such as people who ordered in the last three months.
  3. Write the message, or let the assistant draft it in your style and language.
  4. Preview it and check how many people it will reach. For automatic sending you also see the cost and your wallet balance. Then send now, schedule it, or tap Send from my phone instead.
CarefulA message cannot be recalled once it is delivered. Double-check prices, dates and links in the preview.

How stopping works

Every message ends with a simple way to stop, such as replying STOP. When a customer stops, they are removed from future messages right away and marked in Customers as not wanting offers. They can agree again later if they choose.

Order confirmations and booking reminders are service messages about something the customer asked for, so they still arrive after someone stops offers.
