Marketing → Calendar shows every post that is planned, waiting for approval or already published, across the networks you connected and your Google profile.

Reading the calendar

  • Draft posts are waiting for you to review them.
  • Scheduled posts are approved and will go out at the time shown.
  • Published posts have gone out; tap one to see where it was posted.

Switch between week and month view at the top. On a phone, swipe left or right to change week.

Scheduling a post

  1. Ask the assistant for a post, or tap a day in the calendar and choose New post.
  2. Pick the networks it should go to.
  3. Choose the date and time. The assistant suggests times when your followers are usually active.
  4. Approve it. The post becomes Scheduled.
TipAsk for a week of posts at once, for example "plan posts for next week about our new menu", and approve them together in the calendar.

Moving a post to another day

On a computer, drag the post to a new day. On a phone, open it and tap Change time. You can also tell the assistant, "move Friday's post to Sunday evening".

Cancelling a post

Open the post and tap Cancel post. It returns to drafts, so you can use it later. A post can be cancelled up to the moment it is published.

Already published?Published posts cannot be undone from here. You can delete them from the network itself, but people may already have seen them.
