Export your website and business data

Your website, designs and business records belong to you. You can download a copy at any time, whether for safekeeping, for your accountant or because you plan to move elsewhere.

What you can export

• Website: the pages, text and images, as a folder of files that can be opened in a browser or moved to another host.
• Designs: your logo, brand kit and every saved design, in their original formats.
• Records: customers, orders, bookings, invoices and credit balances, as spreadsheet files.
• Conversations: your history with the assistant, as text.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Export.
2. Tick the parts you want, or choose Everything.
3. Tap Prepare export. Large accounts can take a while, so you can leave the page.
4. When it is ready, we send you a message and the download appears on the same page.
5. Download the zip file and keep it somewhere safe.

For security, only the account owner can start a full export, and the download link expires after a short time. You may be asked for a fresh sign-in code before the download begins.

Using your exported files

Once unzipped, the spreadsheet files open in common spreadsheet apps and can be imported into most accounting or customer tools. Design files keep their full quality, so a print shop can use them directly for signs, menus or cards.
