Download print-ready and screen files

Find PDF files with bleed for printers and PNG or JPG for screens.

Every approved design is saved in Design → Files, together with the files you need to use it on screen or send to a printer.

Finding a design

Open Design → Files. Designs are listed with the newest first. Use the search box to find one by its name or words on it, or filter by type, such as posters, posts or menus.

Which file to download

  • PDF (print) is what a print shop needs. It includes bleed: a thin extra strip of background around the edges that is trimmed off after printing, so no white line appears at the edge of the paper.
  • PNG keeps sharp edges and clear text. Use it for social posts, your website and messages.
  • JPG is a smaller file for photos and for sending over slow connections.

Downloading the files

  1. Tap a design to open it.
  2. Choose the size, for example A4 or story.
  3. Tap Download and pick the format.

You can also ask the assistant, "send me the print file for the season sale poster", and it replies with the file in the chat.

CarefulDo not send a PNG or JPG to a printer for large prints. Screen files are sized for phones and laptops and can look blurry on paper.

Talking to your printer

Tell the print shop the paper size and that the PDF already has bleed and crop marks. If they ask for a different bleed size or colour setting, pass their exact words to the assistant and a new PDF will be prepared to match.

Older versions of a design are kept in History, so you can reprint last year's flyer without remaking it.
