Ask for a poster or social post in the sizes you need

You do not need design skills or a brief template. Describe what the design is for, and the assistant creates it in your brand colours, fonts and logo.

What to include in your request

• The purpose: a new product, an event, a holiday greeting, a hiring notice.
• The exact words that must appear, such as a price, a date or a phone number.
• Where it will be used: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp status, a shop window or a flyer.
• Any photo you want included. If you have none, the assistant uses an illustration that fits.

For example: "poster for our new cold coffee, $5, for Instagram and the counter".

Sizes for screens

Social designs come in three standard shapes. You can ask for one or all of them from the same request:

• Square (1:1) for feed posts.
• Portrait (4:5), which takes up more of the screen in a phone feed.
• Story (9:16) for stories and WhatsApp status.

Sizes for print

For posters, flyers and banners, mention the paper size, such as A4 or A3, or give the width and height your printer asked for. The assistant prepares a print version alongside the screen versions.

Reviewing and changing a design

1. You receive a preview in the chat and in Design → Files.
2. Reply with what to change, in plain words: "bigger price", "less text", "use the blue from our logo".
3. Approve when you are happy. All sizes update together, so they always match.
